Contact and requests

Palanthos is a technology brand. For support, privacy requests and concerns, contact Palanthos service operations at aria@palanthos.com. Include the site name and relevant page or account reference. Do not send passwords, private signing keys or session tokens.

Browsing the website

You can read palanthos.com without creating an account. The Palanthos website has no advertising trackers, visitor analytics script or message submission form. Cloudflare hosts and protects it, processing network information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser headers and security events to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.

Email inquiries

The contact controls open your email app or copy an address. They do not submit a message. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments and any information you include. We use that information to respond, handle the matter you raise and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Avoid sending sensitive or unnecessary personal information. Google Workspace provides our email service.

Why information is used

Processing is limited to delivering and securing the website, answering requests, handling privacy or legal concerns and complying with applicable obligations. Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, the relevant grounds may be steps you request before a contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to correspondence, or a legal obligation. Consent is used where it is required; sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and information sharing

Cloudflare provides hosting and security; Google Workspace provides email. These providers process information to deliver the services described here. Service operations may access correspondence to respond to requests. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address abuse or protect rights.

These providers publish information about their processing. Their notices do not replace this notice or establish that a particular transfer mechanism applies to every request.

Keeping and deleting information

Correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the inquiry and for relevant follow-up, disputes or legal recordkeeping. The appropriate period depends on the purpose, sensitivity and any applicable legal requirement; there is no single automatic deletion period for every inquiry. You can ask for deletion or information about a particular record. Copies in email systems or backups may require separate handling. Hosting and security records are subject to the provider’s configuration and retention practices.

Cookies and browser storage

The Palanthos website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Infrastructure security features may use cookies or similar technologies when needed to protect the site. You can control cookies and stored site data in your browser; blocking security functionality may affect access.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information relating to you. Depending on the law that applies, you may also request restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, or act through an authorized representative. You do not need a TrustVerum account to raise a privacy concern.

We may need proportionate information to verify your request and protect other people’s information. We will explain any applicable exception or information needed to handle the request. Contacting us does not limit your right to complain to the competent data protection authority.

Children’s information

This website is not directed to children and does not offer account registration. Please avoid sending children’s personal information in inquiries. If you believe such information has been provided, contact us so we can review removal and any consent or protection requirements that apply.

Changes to this notice

The date above identifies this version. We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. A privacy notice explains our practices; reading it is not consent to unrelated processing.
